We told this already 2 years ago, in 2009:
The so-called "Friends of Amanda", and the Kerchers, participated in the Rudy Bashing, and this was a big mistake that caused Amanda and Raffaele to stay longer in prison than expected...
Rudy Guede supported Giuliano Mignini against Amanda Knox November 18, 2009. Rudy Guede ha sostenuto Giuliano Mignini contro Amanda Knox e Raffaele Sollecito il 18 novembre 2009. Rudy's verdict has been halved on December 22: only 16 years of jail... He might be free by 2014, especially now that after Amanda's and Raffaele's acquittal his lawyers are seeking his acquittal too...
It is not very popular to put in doubt that Rudy raped Meredith, instead of having consensual sex, better: consensual petting. After which he says he had to go to the toilet because of a bad kebab he ate before going to the house. And while he was sitting on the throne, with his walkman on, occurred the murder... He saw an Italian run away, tried to help Meredith, but then ran away too... It doesn't change anything in Amanda's and Raffaele's innocence to presume that Rudy too is simply a scapegoat. Wasn't his conviction rather very overhasty, and why? There are just too many questions, and the first one is:
DID MEREDITH KERCHER BRING RUDY GUEDE ALONG WITH HER TO HER ROOM ? SO THAT THERE WAS NO NECESSITY FOR HIM TO BE LET IN BY AMANDA OR TO BREAK IN OR TO STAGE A BREAK-IN OR WHATEVER. Indeed, Rudy declared at least 5 times that he surprised Meredith in the driveway at about 21:00 and that she let him in, Meredith was seen by friends to head home at that time...
There are too many open points, further hidden by that over-hasty verdict against him, a verdict that can't be maintained after all we know now. It is falsely pretended that Rudy raped Meredith, but the DNA evidence only proves a consensual petting. And to rape a woman it needs a special state of mind. If among 100 men a certain percentage might be able to murder somebody (also depending on the context), there is a much lesser percentage able to rape a woman. Because this presumes a (sadistic) will to hurt a person, to exerce power on this person. Sexuality isn't even so much involved, like can be seen in the recent Iranian prison rapes. They raped indifferently women and men. Also Abu Ghraib shows us that those GIs gave litterally a f... whether it were women or men. They happened to have only men at their hand. And both Lynndie England and other female GIs enjoyed this as much as their male comrades...
Liverpool Daily Post / Liverpool Echo Saturday 29th August 2009 Meredith killer bids to clear name The man convicted of murdering British student Meredith Kercher has turned to private detectives in an attempt to clear his name, his lawyer said. Rudy Guedè, 22, originally from the Ivory Coast, was found guilty of murder and sexual violence in a fast-track trial held behind closed doors in Perugia, Italy, last October. But he has always protested his innocence, and in a bid to get the verdict overturned his lawyers have now brought on board private investigator Franco Ponzi, of Ponzi Group Investigation. Valter Biscotti, Guedè's lawyer, said: "We have new elements which show that Rudy is telling the truth. Franco Ponzi will use these to help with Rudy's case." Guedè, who was sentenced to 30 years in prison, is using his time behind bars to prepare the papers for his appeal hearing, which is scheduled for November 18, he added. Mr Biscotti said: "He hopes these new elements will help his appeal." Miss Kercher, 21, from Coulsdon, Surrey, was on her year abroad in the Umbrian hilltop town when was found dead in her bedroom on November 2, 2007. She was semi-naked and her throat had been slit. Her American housemate Amanda Knox, 21, and Knox's Italian former lover, Raffaele Sollecito, 25, are also on trial for her murder. Prosecutors have accused all three of killing the Leeds University student after she refused to take part in a sex game. The trial has been adjourned for the summer. Rudy's appeal trial on November 18 lasted only 1 day...After this, the trial of Amanda Knox and Raffaele Sollecito continued on November 20 and 21 when the summing up by the PMs Manuela Comodi and Giuliano Mignini began. November 27 took place the civil suit (Kercher, Lumumba, cottage owner). The defence then followed November 28-30, Raffaele's lawyers separately from Amanda's lawyers on December 2 only. The verdict for Amanda and Raffaele arrived December (December 4/5).
- How is it possible that Rudy left no fingerprints and/or no DNA evidence, and no marks on the windows (wood-frame, latch and glass) and walls of Filomena's room? If he unlocked and opened the window with his hands he must have left fingerprints. If he climbed over the wall using a grate there must be fingerprints on the grate and probably shoe marks on the wall and wall dust from the bricks on the floor.
- Why, when they collected evidence in Filomena's room, they found traces of blood from two females genetically compatible with Meredith's and Amanda's? How did the blood enter that room if neither Amanda nor Meredith entered that room after the murder? Could it be possible that Amanda in fact entered that room after the murder leaving traces of the victim's blood together with her own?
- If it really is true that broken glass from the window was on top of Filomena's clothes on the floor, since Filomena had left her room tidy, wouldn't that be a sign that the glass was broken a f t e r messing up her room, rather than before entering the house?
- If the window was broken using the 4 kg rock from over 3 m (the parapet across), wouldn't that be unlikely to be done at the first try without first hitting and damaging the wood-frame of the window? The thief must have been very lucky if he managed to do that only with one strike and one rock. But don't forget that Rudy was an accomplished basketball player with great aim.
- If the outside shutters were semi-closed Rudy would have had to open them before launching the rock. In order to do so he would have had to use a long stick from the ground. But this stick was never found...
- If instead of using a stick he instead climbed over the grate and wall and reached the shutters with his hands to open them, why couldn't they find his fingerprints on the shutters? And since he bothered to get up there already, why couldn't he break the window from up there using a smaller object rather than a heavy rock?
- Since the police found the shutters closed upon their arrival, it means that Rudy, after entering through the window, closed the shutters behind him. The hypothesis is reasonable since he maybe wanted to hide the room from the outside. However, wouldn't he have left fingerprints on the shutters that way? Or did he use the stick again?
- If he used the shutters to lift his body up to the window (as somebody suggested) wouldn't Rudy's fingerprints be on those shutters? This is an unlikely hypothesis, since the shutters are not strong enough to support the weight of a man without breaking the little planks (or even the hinges). Maybe he just used them as help, without applying his total weight to them.
- On the ‘burglary' theory: Assuming that Rudy wanted to simply steal from the place and was actually caught in the act by Meredith returning home, wouldn't it be the first reaction of a thief to run away? If he was fearful of being recognized by Meredith, wouldn't a normal reaction of an unscrupoulos panicked thief be to kill Meredith and then run away?
- Why would a thief, scared by the arrival of the girl, actually engage in sexual intercourse before killing her? And go to the WC? Is that a normal reaction by a thief caught in the act of stealing? To have sex with the person who catches you burglarizing the house?
